DBD offers anonymity when using our Service because the user is able to participate in a meeting without registration. If you sign up for ManageMeet, we only need your name, email address and a personal password.
The meetings (brainstorming, voting sessions etc), which you create, will be saved in your personal account. Logins to and transactions within your account are saved in log files, which cannot be accessed by third parties.

We collect information in order to offer you a good Service and comply with laws. ManageMeet collects the following information:
• “Personal Information” – Information associated with a person such as of name of user, email address and user-chosen password.
• “Non-Personal Information” – Information that, without the aid of additional information, cannot be directly associated with a specific person or entity.
We urge you to use good judgment and not post Personal Information that you do not want other users to know.
Unregistered Users may not be able to change or remove postings in meetings once they are posted.
The posts in a meeting are anonymous to other participants.
For each visit to our login page we automatically recognize your IP address, domain and Web browser. This information is not used to personally identify you. We use your IP address to help diagnose possible problems with our server farm and Internet connection. We do not sell or market this information to any third party. We do however, on occasion, aggregate this information internally and analyse it to help improve the performance of our Service.
During the registration/sign-up process, you provide us with personally identifiable information such as name, email address, etc. This information is used primarily to identify you in our Service, which is necessary for the login process. The individual user account is based on e-mail addresses. We do not share this information with anyone, nor do we sell or market this information to any third party.
In the purchase process, you provide us with personally identifiable information such as name, email address, postal address and phone number, etc. This information is used primarily for billing purposes, and to contact you in the case that a problem should occur with your account. This information is not shared. We do not market or sell this information to any third party and the partners of ManageMeet will under no circumstances contact the users registered in our system for their own purposes. The information is collected and owned by DBD only.
It is clearly indicated on our web sites if information is optional or mandatory. By registering optional information the user may benefit e.g. by receiving additional user guidelines and manuals via post, or faster support reply via telephone or mobile phone.
Our Service contains links to other sites. DBD is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.
We recognize the importance our customers place on security. We exercise great care to see to that any information you enter is handled in a secure manner. Therefore, all communication between your computer and our servers is encrypted using SSL encryption technology. Furthermore, any content to your account is securely transmitted (using SSL).
This Service has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Internally, we restrict access to personally identifiable information to employees who need access to the information to do their job. All employees have to execute comprehensive nondisclosure agreements with us. Employees are not allowed to access your content. Backups of user and content are scheduled on a regular basis and these backups are stored and safely locked up.
DBD takes reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized release, corruption, or loss of your personal information and content. However, neither people nor security systems are foolproof. Therefore, while we have taken efforts to guard your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Since the User that arranges the meetings and invites participants to meetings, it is up to the user to distribute information to access a meeting. It is up to the User to choose available security options within the Service such as password etc. It is up to User to choose the method of distribution of meeting invitation, e.g. encrypted mail or other solutions.
Third parties are under no obligation to comply with this Policy with respect to Personal Information or Non-Personal Information that users provide directly to those third parties or that those third parties collect for themselves (including, without limitation, Google as described in Section above). Please be aware that we may provide links to third party Sites as a Service to our users and we are not responsible for the content or information collection practices of those sites. ManageMeet does not control the third party websites accessible through the Site. This Policy does not apply to information provided to or gathered by third parties that operate them. Third parties’ privacy policies will differ from those of DBD. Therefore, we encourage you to review and understand third parties’ privacy practices before providing third parties with information, and take those steps necessary to, in your discretion, protect your privacy.
